SHIPPING CHARGES:
A standard shipping charges as per Courier service / AUS post applicable for orders. FREE shipping available within Perth Metro.Our courier partners are FedEx, DHL, Australia Post etc.
Any orders placed from Regional areas incur additional shipping charges as per indicative costs from Courier services depending on the dimensions and size of the parcel. We will advise you on the details based on the shipment address of the order placed.
To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders , please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
DELIVERY TIME
READY TO SHIP :
Readymade Items, Accessories and Beauty products that can be shipped immediately . Delivery time is approximately 5 - 6 business days . Any alterations requested to Readymade items will take additional 1-2 days for minor alterations before shipping the product. Any major alterations come with extra cost. Please Contact Us and provide the necessary details.NO STITCHING (Unstitched or Semi stitched fabric)
When the customer chooses "NO STITCHING" OPTION, the product is shipped in 2 weeks. Delivery takes about 6 - 8 business days from the date of Shipping. Some cases, the delivery could take about 2 weeks . Please Contact Us to know the delivery lead times for the product.WITH STITCHING (Standard or Custom):
When the customer chooses "Stitching " options , it takes approximately 5 -7 business days for stitching the product .Delivery timeframe is 3 to 4 weeks approximately.In case of urgency, if you would like to fast track the delivery, please Contact Us through Email or WhatsApp and provide the details.
FREE parcel drop off service is available for PERTH residents. Store pickup option is also available. Please contact us for more details.
TRACKING THE SHIPMENT:
The tracking code will be sent as soon as your order has been shipped. We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier/ AUS Post. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery.SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
Transit Times
If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.
Transit Risk
Sakhi Fashions ships all parcels via AUS Post. We supply tracking number to you for tracking and liaising with Aus post/Courier partner. Sakhi Fashions will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
Address Change Requests
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Sakhi Fashions. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
Billing Address and Shipping Address
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If a shipment is lost in transit, we recommend you to liaise with Courier company /AUS post using tracking number provided.
SHIPPING DELAYS
The "Availability" as mentioned on our website against each item is an approximate .If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is 'Out of Stock' or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. We may also choose to deliver your order in multiple consignments (for multiple item orders with differing "Availability"). In some cases, we would offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order in case of our inability to resolve the order within a reasonable period of time.
At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as Store Credit would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site.
